1) For the company, we have ISO9001 quality management system certification and some other authoritative factory inspection reports, such as Disney Factory Inspection and The Home Depot Factory Inspection Report. We also hold FSC, ISO14001 Environmental Management and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management certificates.
2) For products, we have CE certificates and reports issued by TUV and SGS. - Q4: What are the payment terms?
A: We accept the following payment methods:
1) 30% deposit by T/T in advance, the balance before shipment (if using your appointed forwarder)
2) 30% deposit by T/T in advance, the balance against shipping documents (if using our forwarder)
3) 100% irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight (Order amount at least USD20,000)
4) 100% by T/T in advance (for small orders less than $2,000)
5) Western Union or PayPal (for sample orders less than $100)
6) If your annual purchases from us exceed $500,000, we can provide financial support such as credit. - Q5: In order to shorten lead time, can you make inventory based on forecasted orders and ship in batches as requested?
A: We are willing to make stock and we have enough warehouse space to store the products. Feel free to discuss with us in detail.

A: Normally, we can finish production in 30 days.
- Q8: Do you have samples and how long does it take to get them ready?
A: If it is not an OEM product, we can provide samples and send them to you by courier within 3 days. The courier freight will be collected.

A: Yes, we have a professional R&D team to help you realize the final product from the initial concept sketches. The process includes 3D images, rapid prototype models, full technical drawings and first production samples.
- Q12: What is the time and cost to develop a new mould?
A: Generally speaking, the development time for injection moulds is about 50 days and 15 days for blow moulds. The cost of mould development depends on the product. If the single order reaches 40,000 pieces, the mould cost is refundable.
- Q13: What is the packing method?
A: We offer strong multi-corrugated export carton to ensure safe delivery. We also accept special packaging methods as requested.
- Q14: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes, you will receive a one-year warranty from the date of delivery, except for problems caused by human damage, misuse and brutal abuse.
